Vox Social Network is committed to protecting children and to keeping our platform free of child sexual abuse and exploitation. These Child Safety Standards apply to everyone who accesses or uses Vox Social Network and form part of our Terms of Use.
1. Zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Vox Social Network strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our platform. You may not create, upload, post, share, store, solicit, distribute, link to, or otherwise make available any content or engage in any conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child (any person under the age of 18). Prohibited content and conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), meaning any visual depiction — including photos, videos, and computer- or AI-generated imagery — of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
- Sexualization of a minor, including imagery or text that depicts, encourages, or promotes the sexual abuse of children.
- Grooming, meaning befriending or building a relationship with a child to facilitate sexual contact or the exchange of sexual imagery, whether online or offline.
- Inappropriate interaction targeted at a child.
- Sextortion, meaning threatening or blackmailing a child using real or purported access to a child's intimate images.
- Trafficking of a child, including advertising or soliciting a child for commercial sexual exploitation.
2. Minimum age
Vox Social Network is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use the platform. We do not knowingly permit accounts belonging to minors and will terminate any account we identify as belonging to a person under this age.
3. Reporting: in-app and by email
If you encounter content or behavior that may violate these standards, report it immediately. Vox Social Network provides an in-app mechanism that lets you report content, profiles, and messages without leaving the app. You can also report child safety concerns directly to our child safety team at lucas@voxsocialnetwork.com. We review reports and take appropriate action.
4. Our response to CSAM
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM on our platform, Vox Social Network takes appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable law, including removing the content, terminating the responsible account, preserving relevant information, and reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org, or to the relevant authority in the applicable jurisdiction. Where we believe a child is in imminent danger, we also contact local law enforcement.
5. Compliance with child safety laws
Vox Social Network complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where it operates, including obligations relating to the reporting of CSAM to NCMEC or the relevant regional authority.
6. Child safety point of contact
Our designated child safety point of contact can be reached at:
